The IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS) International Student Conference (ISC) 2016 will be hosted at Carleton University located in Ottawa, Canada. The ISC 2016 will run from May 29, 2016 to May 31, 2016 with an overarching theme of 'Expanding the Boundaries of Biomedical Engineering and Healthcare'.

Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Monday, May 30th. The Dinner will include a three-course meal, entertainment, and a speech by a distinguished guest. Cost of gala dinner ticket is $25 for students, or $40 for non-students.

Refund / Cancellation
Please note, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the conference, please send us a message with your full name and phone number.

Photography
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee's image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography will be used.

Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE.

Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
